We combine plant-based category expertise with hands-on design to improve how products are understood, trusted, and chosen. That often means sharpening category recognition, information hierarchy, use case clarity, and taste cues, with proven FMCG best practices.
Our work focuses on reducing the hesitation gap for mainstream and flexitarian shoppers. Small, strategic design changes can quickly improve trust and rotation, while larger brand, website, or packaging refreshes build long-term clarity, differentiation, and commercial performance.

I started Design Studio Flora to support the shift towards a plant-based food system.
With 15 years in FMCG, working with brands like Nike and Nivea, and retailers like Lidl and Etos, I kept seeing the same pattern: plant-based disappearing from shelves. Often not due to quality, but because shoppers hesitate. This led me to specialise in plant-based FMCG.
